So many amazing features

This WAS a wonderful app until recent versions of 4, when inexplicably they removed the ability to see any services on your local network. When I first purchased IT Manager, I was thrilled, because I was able to connect to any MS remote desktop or Apple Remote Desktop client, SSH to my switches, and manage them all…providing I was on the my own network (i.e. not over the internet). Of course, I just set up a VPN to connect to my internal network when I was away from the office. NOW the developer REQUIRES that you install and use their Private Network Connector (PNC), which is a huge security hole because it gives anyone outside my network access to my internal servers and switches from anywhere! And I have to trust that IT Manager will never get hacked by anyone, which I’m sorry but I cannot do. The developer doesn’t want to restore the previous functionality, “because it’s too hard for people to configure a VPN” - but I DON’T want access from outside my network!

I was hoping this app would work stand alone, but it appears to require sign-in. Also, just read the reviews and that Private Network Connector would be a deal breaker. Too bad this had a lot of potential. Maybe they should spin off that old version that works standalone and make it a different product altogether. Its a shame developers go off on tangents and lose sight of customers needs and requirements.

Been using this for a few months now and it is a big asset to me. They were quick to assist with my VMware questions.

Since StormWall is a technology company, we have little staff and a large infrastructure. Before IT Manager, we had to carry notebooks with us everywhere we go. Now we can do 99% urgent tasks immediately from our iPhones/iPads, and it is really great! Unlike dozens of apps, IT Manager is really convenient and supports a lot of server types. Special thanks to VMware vSphere support: I use it instead of Web-client most time. All in all, IT Manager helps us make our service better! Must-have for every system administrator respecting himself.

I just downloaded this app and while setting it up it keeps crashing when I tap the Sign in with email button. This is really frustrating.

Works great for connecting to Raspi using ssh or VNC. Good work guys.

This is the best client for IT support I have seen on iOS its well worth it I use it everyday it has saved me loads of time nit having to go to the servers to check stuff I can do remotely and having it on my iPad I can do it anywhere

I got this app because of a well-placed Facebook ad.. Im in IT so figured it would be a useful tool. I messed around a bit and the functionality looks pretty good but then saw that the download was merely a trial. Afterwards, it has an exorbitant subscription. No thanks guys.

Like others i really liked the looks and feel of this app until i saw the subscribtion fee. Im not sure why people would pay money to a dev company for accessing servers they already pay for.

IT Manager is the best network managing app out there in my opinion. From pinging a pc to running or stopping services and much more. IT Manager is an all-in-one network managing app that I recommend to any network manager - big or small. These are the kind of apps that bring the most out of your handheld device. Great job developers!

Wow, unbelievable pricing model! There are plenty of great individual products (many free) that provide the same functions. Dont waste your money.

Over $100 annually is waaayyyyy too expensive to access the features offered in this app. You guys would make much more money if you just made it like $25 a year, i would be willing to pay that. Seriously, this app is awesome please lower price or I wont be able to afford

This app is pretty much the first of its kind and it actually allows me to do a lot of the tasks I always wished I could do from my iPhone. Ive used many standalone single function apps (vnc, terminal, pocketcloud, etc). But this is a Swiss Army knife of everything I need. That being said the price is pretty ridiculous. This is an iPhone app, not enterprise software, if youre not going to price this app better you might as well abandon the project.

I was stoked to find an app that did all these things in one app, but the pricing is ridiculous. I have apps that do all this already. The convenience of having it all in one app isnt worth the asking price. Id be happy to pay up to $20 for this app as a one time fee, but you wont get a cent from me on a subscription model.
