Update Pricing model is still ridiculous. No go, $100 a year isnt going to work! I found it a little shady that youre never told this is a subscription service until your trial runs out. That doesnt build trust. During the trial, I strictly used this for Google Apps user management. This is a trial app, after it expires they want $99 A YEAR to give you access to your own services. Thats insane, and unreasonable. Maybe if I was using this app every waking moment and utilizing all the functions I would consider it, but you need a pricing model that accommodates users who use a single service once a week or so. I kept it installed to keep an eye on updates and see if they changed the pricing module. If anyone is looking for an app to develop there needs to be a Google Apps management app like this to force the price down with competition! Price it reasonably, even add supported maybe and youre for sure going to make some sweet coin!

Very nice very nice but it needs ability to select vnc x desktops as in :1 and :2 . Also needs ability to set vnc encryption type and level. Such as ssl, ssh, ssh+ssl and none.

This looks like it would be a very useful app but the trial ran out before I got a chance to try it. The outrageous subscription price of $99/yr makes it unlikely I will ever get a chance to use it.

The app allows for easy access and is easy to maneuver around. I use it for school and its great to do my homework on the school server through my phone. Perfect for IT Majors and IT managers. This app is beyond awesome for IT network management.

Thanks to IT manager we at the Civil Air Patrol-Puerto Rico Wing, USAF Aux. have been able to run all of our operations from our smartphones and tablets. From remote connections to network management tools to cloud services, those are just a few things this huge app can help in order to manage your network! I havent seen another app so complete and with all of the features that IT Manager has. We like the tool, but there a ton of other tools that work for us that have static pricing.

I am the lone Network/Systems Admin for a non-profit agency in Alaska. The IT Manager app allows me the freedom and flexibility to be onsite at a remote site and quickly and efficiently handle any administrative tasks on the servers in the home office, or manage any user issues within our google apps environment, all from my iPhone or iPad. I would highly recommend this to any admin who isnt in his/her office 24/7.

The only network administration app I have found that has all these features in one single app, totally worth the yearly subscription price.

This is a great program. Basically a Swiss Army knife for those in IT. Clean interface and packed with features. I frequently access our business servers to run simple scripts, check status and reboot. The ability to so this from my iPhone and iPad is great!

I have been in the IT admin work for 20 years. This app is exactly what I am looking for. It has everything an admin needs on an iPad. RDP is great and SSH is a lifesaver!!! great job guys.

Seriously a subscription?? Ill pay a reasonable one time fee inline with all other apps but not a recurring subscription. Other than that, its a decent product.

Found this app via the sales guy at VMworld 2013, and he explained the subscription model, and it made sense. The built in ping, trace route, Whois, and ash clients were a nice bonus. It allows your to boot, reboot, shutdown both the host and guests, as well as putting the host in maintenance mode, but nothing else. However, what little it does, it does it very well, and very fast. The subscription only model is whats keeping me from giving it the 5th star. Id rather pay a 1 time fee, and be done with it, then having the company I work for pay for it monthly.

So I downloaded this to my iPad and my iPhone and used it happily until it quit working. Now it says I need to subscribe. Needless to say I deleted it. It works great but I am not prepared to spend $99 on a 1yr subscription. If it was $4.99 one time fee I buy it. Until then I, like many others, will use something else. Sorry. Rating 1 star due to subscription. 5 stars if it wasnt.

This programs allows you to quickly edit/create google apps users, their alias, and groups they belong to. No other IOS program that I know of allows you to do this. It even works on Google Apps Standard (big plus as I have many google apps standard accounts that I manage). The other tools, for Remote Desktop and SSH are icing on the cake. It is really nice to have the majority of your management tools on one app.

There is tons of really good Networking IT apps out there which does not require to pay big sums of money like this one, is rediculous and outrageous.
